• Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
• Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, duties include facilitating and implementing collaborative treatment plans, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.

• Required: Colorado Certification of Licensed Practical Nurse. Valid Colorado driver's license; valid Colorado credentials
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening for all federally illegal substances, including THC.

• Preferred: Bilingual and Bi-cultural. 1-year experience in a behavioral health setting.

Note that the employees earn an additional 20% pay differential on top of their base rate.  Employees may also be eligible for additional pay based on evening, night, weekend or holiday work.  Pay is based on relevant qualifications and experience. 

• $19.53/HR to $28.31/HR
