As a Residential Counselor, duties include de-escalation, performing client belonging searches, and providing one on one support with clients. You will operate as an integral component of the client's treatment day; which will hold tremendous therapeutic value to the clients we serve. Additionally, residential counselors will support the clinical team by facilitating groups and offering clinical service to clients. You should be flexible and able to carry out diverse job duties is essential to this role.

Experiences and Background We Look For

  • Required: Strong/effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have valid driver's license and ability to be commercially insured.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening for all federally illegal substances, including THC.
  • Preferred: Bilingual/Bicultural. CAS/CACII Certification.

Wage Ranges

Based on a 40 hr. work week, experience and skills

 

  • Between $15.44/HR and $18.53/HR

Please note that this position is eligible for shift differentials and an additional 20% program differential on top of range listed.
