SummitStone Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Homeless and Housing Supervisor to join us and experience a level of caring and a spirit of teamwork that is uncommon in behavioral health today. SummitStone is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, honoring each individual's whole-self by embracing differences in race, ethnicity, ability, age, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs, socioeconomic status, language and the inherent intersections of many different identities. SummitStone Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Program Supervisor in our Homeless and Housing Programs. The Housing Services Team members are an integral part of SummitStone and our Northern Colorado community, working closely with a myriad of other organizations to provide essential supportive services to ensure people experience success in subsidized housing. We provide community based services to people facing housing insecurities. This is a newly created supervisor position to support programming throughout the county for those who are experiencing homelessness as well as FUSE (Frequent Utilizer System Engagement) participants who are moving from chronic homelessness to being housed.  FUSE is a partnership with Homeward Alliance, so this position will be working closely with both internal and external partners and staff.  This position clinically supervises clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists.  This role will also have a caseload and provide direct services. Our team-based model of care provides a safe, inclusive, and healing environment that builds on the capacity for resiliency and recovery in the children, adults, and families we serve.  Our team is multidisciplinary and we go where our clients are rather than expect them to come to us.  This means going into the community (and sometimes into people's homes) to help facilitate accessibility to services. A strong understanding of substance use disorders and serious mental health issues is essential.  Strong candidates will also have an interest or experience with the criminal justice system, programming, and collaboration.
